Hi, I wasn't really surprised with what you have said about your problem with your Mac-Book. Anyway, it's generally known that Apple products have a problem regarding their batteries, maybe you have heard about the two iPhone mobiles that exploded in the hands of their French owners. But the most important thing that why is this all carelessness by the resellers her in our region, is it because of the capability shortage by the resellers them selves? Do you know that in Libya for example the Apple reseller is a millionaire or maybe he is a billionaire?!

So what I'm telling you is that here in Jordan they just don't have the capability to be a fully qualified resellers of Apple...

Dear Mr. Isam;

Let me please introduce myself first, my name is Wael Nabhani from Talal Abu Ghazaleh organization - an international organization, employing over 2000 multi-disciplined professionals. Operating through 67 offices in the Middle East and North Africa, with representative offices in Europe and North America, we are the largest and the foremost leading group of professional firms in the Arab world.

I am contacting you to discuss the possibility of working together on this national and wide project “TAGIBook Project”; which is a non-profit project aims to offer an affordable computing solutions (Hardware and Software), by producing an affordable and high quality equipped with free Arabtized software for basic applications, this laptop will be for every Arab citizen in the whole Arab region in “Middle East” and North Africa.

The objective is to offer laptops at lower prices, and so to promote the computer literacy in the Arab region, bridge the digital divide, and build sufficient ICT skills and capacity in collaboration with the governmental and educational organizations.

Therefore, we expect your support to develop Arabtized Open Source software solutions (Applications + Platform) for the TAGIBook project; with a special focus on education section by providing E- learning solutions and a package of basic applications.

In the first phase of this project we are focusing to develop TAGOS "Talal Abu Ghazaleh Operating System" which is an Arabtized open source operating system.

Second phase will be as general use applications (Communications, Work with files, Desktop, Multimedia, Office/business...etc).

Third phase developing educational applications for school/University levels Arab students.

This solution has to be in Arabic by all means, which meets the Arab region needs, and be suitable for our (Arab) environment and cultural, which we can provide it with a special graphical interface, modified applications.

Please let us know if you are interested in working on this project

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Wasta is a bad thing for many reasons.

The first and most important reason is that people get something that they don’t deserve. For example, many people who have wasta get good and well paid jobs and most of the time they don’t have any qualifications. While other people who don’t have wasta and have good qualifications get bad jobs with a much lower salary.

Secondly, the privileges that wasta people have can cause much resentment among the staff. Also it discourages the people who are qualified when they see what people with wasta gain like promotions, special treatment and higher salaries. For example, many people become careless and don’t do their jobs properly because of this thing. Furthermore, wasta’s influence can extend outside the work which makes arguments and wrangles between people and spreads hate amongst them.

hmm its not rly good but its better now :D look at the new translation in the first piece and how they devloped it:
                         According to our correspondent in the Iraqi capital Baghdad to a car bomb explosion in the city of Karbala led to the deaths of a number of people are not yet known their number and wounding another wounded, quoting official Iraqi sources.
