Mr.Isam, I know the company in al-abdalli very well, and I think you visited the ‎service (maintenance) department not the other departments, so that you will see the ‎package (offices, dress-code, etc..) isn’t pretty, it’s usual cuz it’s a maintenance ‎department ?!?.‎
Mr.nemer, I think the company sent to you the battery that they received it from apple ‎
And am sure it’s working fine with you now, yes??? So why complain.!!‎
And MR.Rami, the all employee in the company got an ipod even the company guard ‎man, so am sure that you called the wrong company and wasting your time to explain ‎to them what is ipod… .‎
As I said before, the company have a very good staff, and they’ve got an excellent ‎service.‎

Dear Isam

Kindly note that you was bought your Mac book pro from Dubai, and the company give you the service from Jordan, and I thing there is no benefits for the reseller company and they just give you service, and maybe your battery is not available in Dubai and this is not company fault, the company give you service as they can.

And for Mr.Rami I think when you call the company to ask about ipod you call the fault number or other rong company.

Lucky …………… - they gave me another faulty battery stating that Apple had sent it to me, and there was no-other non-faulty battery for me!

UPDATE: At Oct 16th, I got the battery.. it was about 4 months, and 9 days since I first asked for it..

We have the same problems here in Saudi Arabia as well with the “Official” Apple Daler. They just suck and they have extreme prices!! and when it comes to services or support, they dissapear!!!
Can you imagine that they don’t even have a single showroom yet!!!!

We are buying Macs either from the US or from local apple resellers. Some of them are even better that the “Official” dealer, nameley, ADAM

It’s really sorry to hear about such situations. We have the same shi* troubles in Poland. Apple seems doesn’t care for IMCs in rest of world.
Wanna buy, OK. Go and buy, but don’t want any good support from IMCs becuase Apple treats those companies in strange way.

Well, I bought it from Dubai, because it wasn’t available in Amman then, and ofcourse the saving.. Now like any other portable device, it have international warreny coverage.. but tell that to the support providers in Amman

Same problem that i had when the ipod effect spread around the world, I contacted the same reseller that you did, and told him “Do you have an iPod?” the answer: “What?!! what is this?” I keep explain to them what is it,…. bla bla” then i purchase it through the internet.
