Guys, - be patient, as in basic technology, first two releases will hold their own sense of bugs. I've picked up their PB G4 back in June, and running 10.4.0 it was smooth, upgrading to 10.4.2 went buggy, 10.4.3 went buggier, and just now 10.4.4 it went smooth to the original 10.4.0 that it came with.

I've noticed 1 immediate improvement in their MACIntel, the power plug adapter so far from their pictures.

Wait at least till their second release of their line of MAC-Intels, - most likely around Sept/October of 2006....no rush to things...

I was thinking in parallel with you pal, the only difference is I was thinking to put it in the mid-future plan vs wish list. and thats because I want to see the reviews on this [sexy] device, especially that they are moving to a new CPU architecture. Am not sure how it will operate. How ever and through my past knowledge of Apple products that its really tested b4 releasin'em not like MS. with the only exception of the iPods scratchable screens.

Lets wait and see.

Do you think they can get us a discount if we got 2 of 'em, like the shops here in amman. or perhaps 2 of the high-end at the price of the low.

With the exception of utilities Rosetta does the job 90% of the time, although it will be slower. Personally my concern is with software availability. And as most of my work is win32/64 related, I think I might opt for the desktop option and run the hacked version of OS X if i really feel inclined to.
