		<description>the king has been pushing for improvements in e-government which we are lagging behind on so im guessing this is where it's coming from

jameed, this is going to sound discriminatory but what the hell. the people in our society who have the analytical skills, the education and have the most valuable input on the agenda are those that do have access to the net. thats the way it goes in every country in the whole wide world.

but keep in mind its a bold step considering they're not putting a password that grants you access to the document based on level of income. anyone can access it.</description>
