Probably one of the main reasons that I came from Saudi Arabia, to work in a company in Jordan is that I needed to build my technical experience, and so far, within the 40 days that I had been working with the new company in, I had been learning and building experience more than I expected.
Since I started, I learned a lot more about things that I had been using for years, for example, the Autotools (automake, autoconf, aclocal, etc..) and OpenSSH. Because my previous work was more management and marketing I felt that I am losing myself. I know that I will end-up someday in some management position, but I think it is too soon for me now. Probably in 2-3 years I will be ready for the next step in my career.
